Welcome to Yadgir Fitness! By signing up for membership or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All members must complete the registration process and pay applicable fees before using the facility.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Yadgir Fitness reserves the right to change membership plans, pricing, or policies with prior notice.
Members must carry valid ID or membership proof while entering the gym.
Proper gym attire and footwear are required at all times.
Members are expected to treat equipment, staff, and other members with respect.
Please wipe down equipment after use and return weights to their racks.
Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to exercise.
Please inform our staff of any medical conditions or injuries.
In case of an emergency, staff must be notified immediately.
Yadgir Fitness is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from the use of the facility or equipment.
Smoking, alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in suspension or termination of membership.
Personal training sessions by outside trainers are not allowed unless approved by management.
Lockers are available, but Yadgir Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Members may request membership suspension or cancellation under specific circumstances (medical reasons, relocation, etc.), subject to management approval.
Yadgir Fitness reserves the right to cancel membership at its discretion for violations of rules.
Photos or videos taken inside the gym must not violate the privacy of other members.
By entering the gym, you consent to being included in any promotional content captured by staff (unless you inform us otherwise).
